Nardine Alnemr
About
Nardine Alnemr is a Research Associate at Centre for Deliberative Democracy and Global Governance. Previously, Nardine was a Research Fellow at the UWA Minderoo Tech & Policy Lab, Law School, University of Western Australia. Nardine completed her PhD at the Centre and her thesis explored the role of algorithms in society, presenting an account of algorithms through the lens of deliberative democracy. Other research projects Nardine has been part of at the Centre include Connecting to Parliament and the Australian Citizens' Jury on Genome Editing. Her research interest also includes citizen engagement and participation and emerging technology governance.
