Nardine Alnemr

Bio


Nardine Alnemr is anAssociate at the Centre for Deliberative Democracy and Global Governance, University of Canberra. She currently works with Professor Nicole Curato on citizen deliberation in the Global South. Nardine joined the Centre in 2018 for her PhD research as part of the Australian Research Council-funded project, ‘A Metastudy of Public Deliberation’, supervised by Simon Niemeyer, Nicole Curato and John Dryzek. She researches algorithms in deliberative democracy. Her research interest also includes internet governance and digital rights. Nardine was a teaching assistant at the Political Science Department, British University in Egypt prior to joining the Centre.
