Simon Niemeyer

Simon completed his dissertation in 2002 at the Australian National University. His thesis ‘Deliberation in the wilderness: transforming policy preferences through discourse’ served as basis for numerous journal articles, including pieces published in Politics and Society and American Journal of Political Science.

He is the Centre’s co-founder and has received numerous research grants from the Australian Research Council, among others.
